Flight Offloading Liability:
Air2Door Express will not be held responsible for any cargo offloaded from flights due to dangerous goods or any other reasons that are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipment complies with all applicable regulations and airline policies.
Undeliverable Shipments and Storage Charges:
In the event that a shipment is undeliverable due to customer error or any other reason attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for any warehouse storage charges incurred for holding the material for a specified number of days. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to be available to receive their shipment to avoid any additional costs.
User Conduct:
By using our website and services, you agree not to engage in any activities that are unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to our website, services, or other users. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or systems, or interfere with the security features of our website.
